Important Hungary Stuff
Hello Team,
A few things:
1. Thanks to those who responded about food for the retreat. Here is
what I have so that others of you can sign up, too.
Dinner
entrees: Nancy, Barb, Billings
I think 3 entrees is enough. But now we need side dishes and desserts.
Breakfast
bread or bagels: Barb
Paper Goods: Jackie
2. The payment is due to the travel agent for our tickets the middle of January. I'm hoping that many of you can make another payment to Barbara sometime before then - as we don't have enough in our account yet to cover the invoice. For those of you who have made your payment in full, thanks!
Hope you all had a merry Christmas!
Blessings,
Jackie

Hello Hungary Team
Thanks to Carl for handling the last meeting!!
Just wanted to get in touch with all of you to remind you that the next time we meet is on our training retreat Jan 7-8. We'll be leaving from the church parking lot about 8am and returning Sunday by noon. We are going to Promised Land Camp, which is in Conestoga, PA on the other side of Strasburg. There is no cost to you to go, but we will need to divide up and bring food. Here's the food plan:
- Bring a bag lunch and drink for Saturday
- Potluck that's easy for Saturday dinner
- Continental Breakfast for Sunday morning
Please respond to this email and let me know what you can bring for either dinner Saturday or breakfast Sunday. Please reply to all so others can see what is still needed. I'll take care of paper goods.
Also-please watch your email for a permission slip to come - it will only be needed for those who are NOT 18 or over and DON'T have a parent with them.
Remember that you will be giving your classroom lessons - so you all need to have run through it together once before then so you're ready. I still need to see an outline from Katherine and Dana on American Holidays and Dave and Mike, I need to see the progress on your outline- so give me a call over the break sometime.
We will also work on our Easter play and other tidbits on the weekend.
Please let me know if you plan on selling lollipops after Christmas.
Thanks!
Have a wonderful Christmas!
Blessings,
Jackie

Re: Hungary Team - Sunday, December 18
Hi
It is on the Guenthers' schedule -- reminder that one item that is on the
agenda is individual photos of team members. Consider what you want to wear
for the photos that will be part of the prayer cards.

Hungary Team - Sunday, December 18
Hi gang,
I'm in charge tomorrow, so don't be late - heads will roll.
We are buying pizza (our treat), so if you want pizza, don't bring lunch,
Be prepared to work on your talks.
We'll be doing other stuff as well.
Hit the REPLY button now and let me know if you're going to be there.

Hi Gang,
Here's another thing I forgot to talk about at Sunday's meeting (too bad I don't have a fully functioning brain!) :)
A reminder that your deposit of $150 is due at the meeting this Sunday. As far as collecting the rest of the money goes, I will be paying out the balance of our plane tickets in January, a deposit to AB in February, and the final payment to AB in March. I know everyone is in the process of pulling the money together through letters and fundraisers and other means so I don't want to put any due dates down. Plus we have our annual fundraiser in February that we don't know how much we will make at. For now I would figure that the teens will get about $200 -$250 if they work it. I'm assuming God knows all this and the money part isn't worrying Him at all! So I'm thinking that if we could just make payments as we have the money (don't wait until you've collected all of it to turn it in), we will hopefully have what we need when we need it to make payments.
Thanks!
Blessings,
Jackie
